Return policy

If you are not completely happy with your new purchase you are able to return it within 7 days from the purchase date for a full refund, all purchases become final after this time frame. The product must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags still attached. Good Goods Clothing must be notified in advance of the return via email.

For all return/exchange requests, please contact us at hello@goodgoodsclothing.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number and a brief reason for return/exchange. All items need to be returned within 7 days of your order and all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For all exchanges we will happily deliver the new item to you at our cost provided we have received your returned order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take all possible lengths to ensure the best quality of our products but should you receive a faulty product please contact Good Goods Clothing as soon as possible and return the faulty product, we will then either replace it with another item or if that is not possible we will offer an online store credit or full refund. Shipping costs will also be refunded.

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

All product prices shown on the Good Goods Clothing Online Store are in $NZD and prices are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST). Prices shown are exclusive of delivery costs.

All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of postage charges, via credit or debit card. Only one payment transaction can be made per order. Pricing on the website is listed in $NZD and will be charged in $NZD to your card.

The payment system used by Good Goods Clothing is Paypal. This ensures no record of your credit or debit card details are held by Good Goods Clothing as this is a secure gateway for online payment.

Disclaimer

The price charged to your credit card may change due to exchange rate fluctuations. That is because we are based in New Zealand and we have to convert your purchase to your currency on the day the order is processed.

Sale Items

There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. However if the product is faulty we will do our best to replace the product and if that isn’t possible we will refund at the sale price you purchased the product at. This will include shipping costs.

Availability

In the unfortunate event that an error is made and an item is out of stock but paid for in full, you will be notified and you will receive a full refund as soon as possible.
